"I have been here right from the start when Crazy Gang was first established in 1992 and I have become Mr Versatile as I played outfield and as a goalkeeper. I am very grateful that I have been given the trophy and £100 vouchers. I would like to thank Puma Mann as without the club would not of been around and I would not of had the chance to make so many friends. I have decided that I will retire as soon as I reach 1000 Overall appearances for Crazy Gang FC. I would like to thank all the players who have played with me as all the success the club has had would not be possible without them."

"I would like to thank all the players that have attended tonight and I am happy that we have kept the Christmas Presentation Evening going for all these years. I would like to thank everyone who dedicated this evening to Robert Jones."

Crazy Gang Football Club is a deaf 5-a-side football team based in Derby.

Crazy Gang Football Club was founded in 1992 by Puma Mann who is the club chairman.

Puma was originally player manager for the team, who played at Willows. He then became the team manager and now he's the chairman and in these years he has guided the team to victory. The team played its matches at Willows, but with the opening of the JJB Soccer Dome, the club moved to JJB and started a new team; Crazy Gang Reserves. There is still a Willows team who plays its matches every Tuesday night. With three teams, the Crazy Gang Football Club has become a great success over the decade.

Kaz Noble, was a great player for the club. He started his career at the very beginning. Due to a knee injury in the Derby Cup Tournament 2005, Kaz has been forced to stop playing. But he is still doing something for Crazy Gang. Kaz Noble is the website designer for this site and if it wasn't for him, this site would not have been created. Many thanks to Kaz.

Keith Wardle who is not a deaf player is the 2nd all time top goal scorer for Crazy Gang. King Keith scored a tremendous 514 goals in 333 appearances. Keith stopped playing for Crazy Gang due to injury.

Puma Mann's 15th Anniversary Speech:

This is a big surprise to me. I cannot believe that this party is being held at Pride Park. Many thanks to Kaz Noble, David Corbett and Russell Pilgrim for organising the event. This is the first time I haven’t had a big part in organising an event. I am normally the first in line to sort everything out but I could just relax this time.

I didn’t think that Crazy Gang Football Club would have gone on for 15 years but here we are. A big thank you to everyone who has helped keeping this club going. I remember in 1995 that I was away for some business and I asked some players if they could look after the club while I was gone. It started out well but then there was no Crazy Gang for 3 months! But Ian Carpenter rolled his sleeves and stepped in. He sorted everything out and brought the return of Crazy Gang Football Club. Thank you Ian for helping out when the club was in trouble.

I would like to thank Kaz for developing the Crazy Gang website. He put a lot of hard work into it and it looks great. Kaz also designed the Crazy Gang Football Club logo. So a lot of thanks and praise goes to Kaz. I also want to thank my two sons who work on the website. Every week they put a lot of hard work into updating the website.

I really want to thank Jake Keen as he has shown a lot of heart for Crazy Gang. He has been with the club since the very beginning. He has flown in all the way from Belgium to join us here tonight. A true legend.

Chris Beech has been a real legend for Crazy Gang. I remember that at times Chris used to go out to parties and have a lot of fun. The next day would be a match day and he would turn up whereas other players would stay in! A lot of heart for Crazy Gang. Thank you Chris.

I would also like to thank Royal Mail for funding for Crazy Gang at times.

Thank you to everyone that has been with Crazy Gang. I hope that you all enjoy the rest of the party and lets hope for more success in the years to come.
